In Store and On-line Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to take back or exchange any product you have purchased from us with a valid store receipt within 60 days of purchase. Sale and Personalized Items are final, meaning, they are non-returnable or exchangeable. On line returns will not be credited shipping and handling fees.
We accept VISA/MC, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks. On-line orders are processed through Pay Pal.
We ship in stock items within 48 hours. Personalized items can take up to 2 weeks depending on availability and turnaround time. Our shipping and handling fee for UPS/USPS delivery is below and we can certainly expedite your order for an increased shipping and handling charge as noted:
· Three business days via UPS will be $7.00 extra
· Overnight via FedEx will be $15.00 extra
· Canada please add $10.00 extra to the chart below.

Sending a gift? Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you're sending a gift, you can add a personal message at no extra charge and we’ll include a gift receipt and don’t worry, we'll remove the prices.
